Sponsored by the and affiliated teaching hospitals
The conference will consist of a full day of paper presentations,
poster sessions, workshops, symposia, networking forums and two plenary sessions on Violence in the Lives of Women and Social Determinants of Women's Mental Health. Our aim is to share ideas and foster knowledge exchange. The theme, "Women's Mental Health: Building Networks and Research Capacity," is intended to create a forum for women's mental health researchers, educators, clinicians and students/trainees to meet one another, share their research and ideas and forge collaborative relationships. We hope that this conference will foster the development of a strong and vibrant research community dedicated to furthering our knowledge of mental health issues affecting women, with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of women.
