WCRI is part of a vibrant and diverse women's health research community at the University of Toronto. As an academic centre, we are committed to building research capacity in our academic community. The following researchers, drawn from faculty and departments from across the University of Toronto (and a small number of other Ontario universities), choose to affiliate themselves with WCRI as members of the Coalition for Research in Women's Health.
Members of the Coalition for Research in Women's Health are committed to promoting women's health research and multidisciplinary collaboration within their home faculties, which include basic science disciplines and clinical sciences as well as social sciences and the humanities. Members may look to the coalition membership to find collaborators from other disciplines to expand the expertise that can be applied to a particular research question. As mentors, they help support and encourage students in their faculties with an interest in women's health. Graduate students supervised by these members are eligible for WCRI graduate awards.
