The Research Ethics Board will review protocols for all research carried out at Women's College Hospital or under the auspices of WCH. Submissions will be reviewed in order of their delivery to Alexandra Chappell REB Coordinator. Contact Ms. Chappell at 416-351-3732 ext. 2723 or at  ethics@womensresearch.ca.

All correspondence to the REB office must come with a cover letter that clearly identifies the PI, REB study number and/or study title, and the purpose of the correspondence.

In order to complete the status of your application you must submit four hard copies and one electronic copy of your REB Application package to:
