Dr Christian Murray is a dermatologist and surgeon based at the dermatology program at Women's College Hospital. He is an assistant professor at the University of Toronto's department of medicine and an active member of the Canadian Association of Mohs Surgeons (CAMS).
Research and Academic Interests:
Dr. Murray studies strategies for the surgical treatment of skin cancer
particularly non-melanoma cancers. He assesses the utility and costs of various
treatments and the effective application of specific surgical techniques like
Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Dr. Murray also studies the therapeutic uses of
botulinum toxin. He is currently conducting a study on gender and age
differences in perception and information gathering for skin cancer.
